In addition to your baby's normal change bag, just a towel or mat is needed to lay your baby on.
Handouts of the strokes and discussion topics will be provided so you do not have to worry about taking copious notes.

How old can my baby be before I start massaging?
The classes are suitable for babies who have had their 6-8 week check up until they are able to crawl. However it doesn't mean that you can't massage a child after that age it just becomes a bit more difficult as they don't like to lie in one position for long!
