Tranquil Baby is run by Nicky Pargeter from her home in Watford, Hertfordshire. Nicky has a background in the retail sector, managing the supply chain of major high street retailers. However she has always been interested in alternative therapies and after the birth of her first child in July 2006 was keen to learn baby massage, however there were no courses being run in the Watford area.
Nicky therefore decided to train and become a baby and infant massage teacher. She qualified in July 2007 as an Infant Massage Teacher and is a member of the Guild of Infant and Child Massage. As you would expect for working with children, Nicky has a current standard disclosure from Criminal Records Bureau check, and has insurance from Independent Professional Therapists International.
